How I work
Lock change to British-Standard BS3621 euro-cylinder (insurance requirement) — 45 minutes, £ materials plus time. Sash window cord replacement — I do one weight pocket at a time, no need to remove the window. Draught-proofing with compressible brush seals around doors (eligible for savings on heating bills).
