Send me photos on WhatsApp of everything that needs doing. I'll estimate the time, come for half a day or a full day, and work through the list efficiently. This works out much cheaper than calling out separate tradesmen for each small job.

Yes — filling holes, touch-up paint, re-fixing, re-grouting, re-siliconing. Get your full deposit back instead of paying through-the-nose to a managing agent.
Can you mount a TV to the wall?
Yes — fixed, tilting or articulating brackets. On brick, timber studs or plasterboard (with correct fixings). 30-60 minutes typical.
